The Tracblast dust free, high velocity impact (HVIM) shot blast method of surface preparation has a significant, positive effect on friction coefficient for both concrete and asphalt surfaces.

Tyre rubber build-up on the landing touchdown areas and surface polishing of runways can cause reduced friction levels and create potential safety issues. We are  contracted by The DAA to remove the excess rubber form Dublin and Cork Airport.

Unlike any other machine, the Road Dryer 1200 preconditions the drying air to remove the moisture prior to the air hitting the road or runway. This allows faster drying time to get your crews on the job after a morning dew or passing rain storm.

AquaDam is a more effective flood barrier system which is quicker deployed, cheaper and less bulky than sand bagging and other traditional methods.  Tracblast have acquired the sole distributorship for all AquaDam products for both Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Removing lines and markings completely from asphalt surfaces at airports and on highways without damaging the surface is a difficult task. Tracblast provides two methods of line removal,  UHP Water jetting & a combination of cutting and HVIM blasting.
